About Kieralee Stollznow

Kieralee Stollznow is a Senior Solicitor working with Statewide’s Commercial Team.

Originally from Mackay, Kieralee graduated from James Cook University in September 2018 with a Bachelor of Law and then went on to complete a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice with Australian National University in 2019.

During University, Kieralee was awarded the Susan Thomson Memorial Award in 2017 for the highest achieving female student at James Cook University. This award was also recognised with the Family Law Practitioners Board.

Kieralee is currently completing a Master of Laws (dual major in Commercial Law & Business Law) with the College of Law.

Kieralee has extensive experience in residential conveyancing transactions and assisting her clients with a range of commercial matters, including:

  • commercial property transactions,

  • farming transactions,

  • marina berth purchases,

  • Keswick Island and leasehold transactions, and

  • tradeable development right transactions.

Kieralee has a passion for boundary re-alignments and other property titling matters, such as the registration of survey plans and the creation of easements.
