
Statewide Conveyancing was formed in 1998 in response to a need for a specialist conveyancing firm. At Statewide all we do is residential conveyancing. Our conveyancing clerks are just that. They are not legal secretaries who do conveyancing when the need arises. All our clerks receive up to a year of training before they will be given the responsibility of running files. In addition to this our clerks receive regular training updates so as to keep abreast of any changes that may happen. Our clerks are supervised by an experienced solicitor who has had a number of years experience in conveyancing.
